1Customer Requirements

We work together with customer to find out their requirements, advise product improvement and the cost effective solutions.

2Product Design

Our product & design engineer designs the product based on the best stacking/packing solutions. The designs will be sent to customer for approval. We listen from you every significant aspect of your new product design or any redesign needs. Our professional designers have many years of experience in real design fixation products who can also redesign your original product to increase productivity efficiency and reduce costs and transportation cost.

3Create template

After customers approved the design, we will build prototype tool and create prototype samples for customer to have a first glance on how the finished product is. The prototypes are produced based on the confirmed designs which give you the first concept that how the final product look alike before we build the production mold. We usually can have prototype samples within 7 days’ after designs confirmation.

4 Production Mold Building

We build the production mold based on the approved prototypes. And we do mold testing and if it passed then we produce mass production samples for customer final approval. In-house molding facilities is important to maintain a stable and quality product supplies with a timely manner. We equipped with the latest advanced CNC machines to enhance in term of time efficiency of mold building with high precision. We have rich experience on building thermoforming and die-cutting molds. After designs or prototypes approval, production molds can be built with quick turnaround time usually from 3 to 4 weeks for each mold. We use latest CAD technology and software for our design, prototyping and mold building process. All new production molds undergo mold trail to ensure all parts dimensions are correct and functions properly. As we know that molds are important asset to our customers, all molds are carefully stored and regularly maintain to ensure high quality product produced, high performance, durability and sustainability.

5Sheet Extrusion

We extrude the plastic sheets in-house so we can fully control the sheet quality and the material used in each order. In 1994, we setup our first plastic sheet extruder with a humble beginning of our business in Vietnam. Until now, we have totally 6 sheet extruders and producing a maximum 5000, MT/month in capacity. We extrude plastic sheets in a variety of different base materials and blends including APET, RPET, CPET, PP, HIPS & LDPE for different industries need. As one of the leading manufacturer of plastic sheets in Vietnam, we strive to be one of the best plastic sheets suppliers in the industry and provide customers with the best support.

6Thermoforming

In order to fulfill our customers' requirements for the high quality of packaging, we manufacture the products by thermoforming process with our own sheets and have our quality control and engineers to control the whole process of manufacturing, At the moment, we can thermoform and vacuum form products with APET, RPET, CPET, HIPS, PP and LDPE material which specialized in the thin gauge thermoforming which mostly being used in food & retail packaging over 1000 MT/month.

7Delivery

After final checking, the thermoformed packaging will be loaded into container and transported to customer.

We provide one-stop solutions from product design to finished products. To ensure fast lead time, accuracy and quality, we maintain strict controls in every steps of product development also manufacturing process. We offer custom printed labeling service to customers who have a need to label stickers onto their own packaging to build brand awareness and boost shelf appeal. Fast and accuracy labeling are expected from our fully auto labeling machine. Our sales representatives work closely with you with full access to production & Supply status with photos & information through different channels such as skype, email & teleconference. Moreover, we listen from you, work accurately, work quickly with fast response to ensure that your products are perfectly done in the shortest possible lead time.

2Quality Assurance

In our knowledge that high quality packaging is important for our customer to maintain their brand value. On each of our customer order we create a procedure on production & quality control as well as packing them properly in order to deliver them perfectly. We review and update the procedure frequently base on customer requirement and any improvement needs. Our quality control is checked continuity every 15 minutes during production process. Final inspection also being done before every shipment. We extrude our own sheets so that we can completely controlled starting from input materials to output products quality and traceability of materials. For food packaging, we specially produce and pack them in a dust free environment. Our workers must wear hat, mask and gloves during manufacturing and packaging process.

Plastic products may need to combine with papers material. For example, specifications such as toothbrush packaging, cosmetic accessories, toy models, and electronic tool packaging else. All need to be different materials formulated which two things can be completely fitted.
